SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for producing stable dispersion systems with the liquid phase and can be used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Rotor-pulsation apparatus comprises housing with inlet 8 and outlet 9 nozzles, motor 1 with controlled frequency of rotation, drive-multiplier 2, including horizontal shaft 3 and vertical shaft 4 coupled by screw gear. In housing there is rotor 11 and stator 13 with working elements in form of concentric teeth. Rotor 11 is rigidly secured on vertical shaft 4. Vertical shaft of drive multiplier 2 is installed in flexible supports with possibility of vertical and horizontal displacements.

EFFECT: higher intensity of dispersion, emulsification and homogenisation in disperse systems with liquid phase containing food fibres, due to imposition of vertical and horizontal vibrations, applied to rotor.
