FIELD: chemical industry; production of hollow items out of thermoplastic.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device and a method of production of the hollow items out of thermoplastic, that may be used in chemical industry. In the given device in contrast to the similar devices the mandrels used for injection-blow-molding and calibration are held inside the set limits axially free movable in the upper part of the device. At feeding the mandrels for injection-blow-molding and calibration to the molds for injection-blow-molding with overcoming resistance of connecting means they automatically may be moved in height axially to an initial point. They also offered a method of production of the hollow items, in particular bottles with the help of an injection-blow-molding. Mandrels for injection-blow-molding and calibrations in process of release, at which the ring type rib on the mandrel is pressed to the meeting surface of the mold for blowing within the given limits with overcoming the reset action of the connecting means, automatically move axially in height in respect to their initial point. The given invention allows to simplify processes of adjustment and ensures safe and reliable uninterrupted production of the items.
