SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises appliance 5 retaining packs 2. Appliance holders 6 interact with pack 2 on its both sides. It comprises also adjusting appliance 25 to regulate holders 6 relative to packs 2 and working adjusting appliance 19 to move holders 6 relative to each other between closed pack position whereat holders 6 stay at retention distance between them and open pack position. Said distance is smaller than that of retention. One of holders 6 is secured to first bearing appliance 15 and another one is secured to second bearing appliance 16. Note here that of bearing appliances 15, 16 is attached to element 20 that controls adjusting appliance 19 to allow to move relative to another bearing appliance to change distance between holders 6. Travel of bearing appliance 15 between control element 20 and holder 6 attached to appliance 15 is varied by adjusting appliance 20.
EFFECT: simplified design and pack replacement.
