FIELD: special electric metallurgy, possibly processes for electroslag refining of non-ferrous metals.
SUBSTANCE: flux contains, mass %: cryolite, 10 - 20; borax, 1 - 5; calcium fluoride, the balance. Invention allows to enhance yield limit of metal by 1.3 -1.8 times, limit strength - by 1.13 - 1.18 times, elongation - by 1.3 -1.7 times.
EFFECT: enhanced mechanical properties of metal.
