FIELD: metallurgy; production of intermetallide alloys.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with metallurgy, namely to foundry intermetallide alloys based on Ni3Al and to the items produced by a method of a precision casting in investment patterns. The alloy is intended for molded pieces of aircraft gas-turbine engines long time operating in an oxidizing atmosphere in conditions of big number of temperature changes at considerable rates of heating and cooling of the contact surfaces subjected to action of significant loadings - mainly for serving flanges of the working blades and inserts of the nozzle apparatuses of the gas turbines. The offered alloy and the item based on an intermetallide Ni3Al contain aluminum, chromium, wolfram, titanium, carbon, and at that they additionally contain silicon, boron and yttrium at the following components ratio(in mass %):А1- 10.5-12.5, Сг - 4-6, W - 1.5-2.5, Ti - 1.0-1.6, C - 0,1-0.2, Si - 0.9-1.2, In - 0.005-0.015, Y- 0.005-0.015, Ni - the rest. Use of the indicated alloy improves reliability of items and increases their service life.
