FIELD: electroplating on an outer surfaces of components.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation for an electroplating on an outer surfaces of components, that is pertinent to galvanization, namely, to the devices for deposition of covers on outer surfaces of components in a flow of an electrolyte. The installation contains a galvanic plating bath, a module of activation with the drive, an anode with foramens, a circulation system, and also spindles with the gear of rotation. At that on each spindle there is an installed thermocouple linked to the device of control and blockage. The galvanic plating bath is made out of chemically-resistant dielectric and reinforced by a titanium carcass. The activation unit consists of a titanium frame with a panel of ceramic plates. The system of heating and cooling of an electrolyte tank contains a radiator, thermoelectroheaters, a water pump, heat exchange and water-circulating tanks. The installation ensures high quality of galvanic electroplating of components outer surfaces.
EFFECT: the invention ensures high quality of galvanic electroplating.
