FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing an intraosseous dental implant. In the method, a titanium rod is taken, subjected to turning and milling to dimensions corresponding to the size of the tooth, external and internal threads are cut out on it, an implant is obtained, and burrs are cleaned. In the method, an electrolyte solution based on a sodium chloride solution is poured into an electrolytic bath. In the method, wires connect the negative terminal of the voltage source and the implant, the positive terminal and the counter electrode. In the method, the implant is placed in an electrolyte solution so that only the outer threaded part is immersed. In the method, the lid of the electrolytic bath is closed. In the method, the operating constant voltage is adjusted using a voltage source from 30 to 300 V. The irregularities on the threaded part is formed due to surface discharges, leading to local point melting and the appearance of holes with a diameter of 1 to 60 microns. Then the voltage is turned off, the implant is removed, and the wire is disconnected from the implant. In the method, the implant is washed with distilled water.
EFFECT: development of a method for manufacturing an intraosseous dental implant, which completely eliminates the disadvantages of the prototype and analogues, namely, allowing to achieve a high rate of adhesion of the implant and bone tissue, simplicity of the implant manufacturing procedure, and safety of the manufacturing process for employees.
