FIELD: building, particularly foundation protection from heaving built in heaving soil with seasoned freezing.
SUBSTANCE: method involves freezing-in foundation into soil base by artificial freezing soil around foundation for the depth greater than depth of seasoned freezing wherein artificial freezing begins as average-daily temperature of ambient air falls below zero. Width of soil freezing is equal to double foundation width. Depth of soil freezing is calculated from described equation.
EFFECT: simplified foundation protection technology, reduced labor consumption, reduced cost, increased efficiency and reliability.
