FIELD: oil extracting industry.

SUBSTANCE: determination of direction of reservoir-scale fractures is performed along stimulation of seismic wave from stimulation sources placed at a distance from the well under different azimuth angles. Along well shaft seismic waves are registered. Straight longitudinal seismic wave is singled out (P-wave) as well as exchanging reflected or straight seismic wave (PS-wave). P-wave intensiveness is determined. In range of 300-500 meters above the productive bed intensiveness of PS-wave is determined. Ratio of PS/P waves is determined. Ellipse is built on basis of PS/P amplitudes ratio vector at different azimuth angles. Along direction of lesser axis of ellipse coefficient of rock anisotropy in examined bed is determined. After determining direction of reservoir-scale fractures determination of reservoir area bounds is performed for given reservoir-scale fractures. Extracting wells are placed inside bounds of reservoir portion with given reservoir-scale fractures. These are made horizontal with location of horizontal shafts perpendicularly to determined direction of reservoir-scale fractures. Rows of force-pumping wells are placed behind bounds of reservoir portion with given reservoir-scale fractures perpendicularly to direction of given reservoir-scale fractures.

EFFECT: higher productiveness of oil reservoir.
