FIELD: burning combustible wastes in production of cement clinker.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preheating of raw material dust and calcination in preheater provided with calcinator, roating in furnace and cooling in clinker cooler. Wastes are burnt in individual chamber to which hot air extracted from clinker cooler is supplied. Waste gases obtained during burning wastes are discharged into preheater for heating cement dust and slag formed during burning of wastes is removed from chamber. Wastes and hot air from clinker cooler are supplied through one and the same inlet branch pipe. During burning, wastes are transported to outlet branch pipe through chamber over circular trajectory, thus making hot air pass through wastes.
EFFECT: increased productivity; enhanced operational efficiency due to complete burning of wastes.
