FIELD: construction industry; the method and the equipment for production of a cement clinker.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods and the equipment for production of a cement clinker. The method of production of a cement clinker provides for heating of a cement raw mixture in a preheater, calcination in a calcinator, which has the upper and the lower parts, kilning into a clinker in the kiln furnace and chilling in the chiller of the clinker. Spent gases of the kiln furnace and the fuel are fed in the upper part of the calcinator, the suspension formed out of a spent gas and fuel direct downwards through the calcinator. The heated air from the chiller of the clinker and the preheated raw mixture from the preheater together or separately fed in the calcinator in a section located under the zone of injection of spent gases of the kiln furnace and fuel. The heated air is directed downwards through the calcinatory. At that and it is gradually is mixing with the suspension out of the spent gas and fuel. The raw mixture by gravity moves downwards along a wall of the calciner, transferring in slurry in spent gases in a bottom of the calcinator transforming into a suspension in the spent gases in its lower part. The suspension out of spent gas and the raw mixture is removed from the lower part of the calcinator and stirred into a means of separation for separation of the raw mixture, which is then fed into the kiln. The invention also presents the installation for realization of this method. The technical result is an increased completeness of the fuel burning at usage of the fuel with the low share of the volatile components, decreased level of NO2 emission.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased level of a fuel burning completeness at usage of the fuel with the low share of the volatile components, decreased level of NO2 emission.
