FIELD: measurement technology; manufacture of strain-gauge sensors working under conditions of non-stationary temperatures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes determination of at least two zones at different signs of deformation caused by action of parameter being measured on surface of flexible member. Flexible member is acted on by thermal shock. Temperature fields and temperature deformation fields are determined on surface of flexible member. Two resistance strain gauges are placed in each zone so that their pairs are located in equal average integral temperature conditions. Resistance strain gauges are connected to bridge circuit so that strain gauges of equal average integral temperature conditions are located in adjacent arms of bridge circuit.
EFFECT: possibility of compensating for additive temperature error of sensitive element.
