FIELD: measurement technology; manufacture of strain-gauge sensitive elements working under conditions of non-stationary temperatures.
SUBSTANCE: at least two zones at different signs of deformation caused by action of parameter being measured are defined on surface of flexible element and flexible element is subjected to thermal shock. Then, temperature fields and temperature deformation fields are defined on surface of flexible element. Two resistance strain gauges are placed in each of these zones in such way that they are in equal average integral temperature conditions. Resistance strain gauges are connected to bridge circuit.
EFFECT: possibility of compensation of additive temperature error of sensitive element working under non-stationary thermal conditions.
