FIELD: measurement technology; manufacture of strain-gauge sensitive elements working under conditions of non-stationary temperatures.
SUBSTANCE: zone of deformation caused by action of parameter being measured and zone insensitive to measured parameter are defined on surface of flexible elements and flexible element is acted on by thermal shock. Temperature fields and temperature deformation fields are defined on surface of flexible element. Two resistance strain gauges are placed in each zone so that a;; of them are in equal temperature conditions. Strain gauges are connected to bridge circuit.
EFFECT: possibility of compensation of additive temperature error of sensitive elements working under non-stationary thermal conditions.
