FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has fertilizer application device moved by vehicle and comprised of dosing conveyor for feeding fertilizer to distributing members and drive having control mechanism connected to automatic system for controlling and correcting fertilizer dosing rate. Said system has electronic field map unit, microprocessor and unit for positioning fertilizer application device on electronic field map. Said positioning unit has two measurement units: radar unit and navigational unit, which are coupled to computer and microprocessor, respectively. Outputs of computer and microprocessor are connected through coordination section to airborne computer, whose first output is connected to first input of comparator having second input connected to electronic field map unit and output connected to control mechanism of dosing conveyor drive. Navigational unit is connected to inertia sensors arranged on gyrostabilized platform mounted on vehicle, which is equipped with receiving-transmitting antenna for communication with radar unit. Mounted on vehicle are device for detecting distance covered by vehicle and transverse motion sensor. Detecting device, sensor and electronic field map unit are connected to airborne computer, whose second output is connected to monitor arranged in vehicle cabin. Apparatus is used for differentiated application of fertilizer depending on distribution of humus and nutritive elements over area of field under treatment process for leveling soil fertility irregularities and for preparing field for sowing and planting of certain crop.
EFFECT: wider range of technical equipment adapted for differentiated application of fertilizer into field soil, improved quality of fertilizer distribution and degree of soil fertility leveling by increased precision of positioning of fertilizer application device over field.
