FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. Automated system for measuring yields by coordinates, dosing and packaging of agricultural crops includes a grain consumption meter, which consists of a measuring shaft with a guide blade and a working blade attached to a strain gauge, an electronic unit with a control controller and an RS485 interface. Measuring shaft is equipped with an unloading drum with a stepper motor, a conveyor belt that moves the container with the help of a stepper motor. Measuring the flow of the harvested crop consists of a bracket mounted on the housing of the measuring shaft with two coaxially threaded holes, in which are fixed two frequency pressure sensors with frequency outputs of signals clamping the end of the working blade. Signal outputs from the pressure sensors are fed to the inputs of the D-flip-flop. Output of the D-flip-flop is connected to a frequency input module. Output of the frequency input module is connected via RS485 interface to the controller and driver control stepper motors. Controller is equipped with a navigator, flash memory and a GSM-GPRS cellular modem. Signals from the driver output control the stepper motor, which changes the inclination of the working blade, the stepper motor for scrolling the unloading drum, and the stepping motor for moving the conveyor with containers.
EFFECT: use of an automated coordinate measurement of crop yields with dosing and packaging of crops will automate the process of combine harvesting of crops, increase labor productivity, shorten harvesting times and, as a result, reduce crop losses.
