FIELD: food-processing industry, agriculture and biotechnology, in particular, preparing of biologically active semi-finished products based on microorganisms.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separating yeast from spontaneous microbial cenosis of human or animal gastrointestinal tract onto agar-agar nutrient media; separating pure culture of thermally tolerant yeast or yeast-like fungi therefrom, said culture being selected from the group comprising Sacchoromyces, Pichia, Candida, Rhodotorula kinds actively growing at temperature of 30-370C; selecting cultures with cell sizes of (1.5-6.0)x(3.0-10.0) micron as biomass producers for solid phase fermentation; sowing said cultures onto hydrocarbonaceous nutrient medium with neutral reaction, which is applied onto solid substrate, while providing moisture content of 30-75%; providing solid phase cultivation under aerobic conditions at temperature of 30-370C for 12-48 hours until accumulation of 1-6 billion cells/g of wet culture; inactivating grown culture for obtaining of base product. Method allows edible biologically active semi-finished product based on microorganisms to be obtained.
EFFECT: increased nutritive value of semi-finished product facilitating complex regulation of certain functions of human and animal organism.
