SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing edible biologically active semifinished foodstuffs based on microorganisms. Method for preparing edible biologically active semifinished product involves milling the wetted edible carbohydrate vegetable substrate, among them, nutrient or agricultural waste. Then the milled mass is subjected for spontaneous fermentation under aerobic conditions due to the own microflora of substrate to be used. Then separate colonies are separated from the fermented substrate. The pure culture of thermotolerant yeast or yeast-like fungi is isolated from colonies that are taken among the following group of genus: Pichia, Candida, Rhodotorula, Metchnikovia that grow at temperature 30-37 C actively. For the further solid-phase fermentation cultures with cells size (1.5-4.0) x (3.0-10.0) mcm are selected and inoculated their on carbohydrate nutrient medium with neutral reaction that is applied on solid carrier providing the humidity index 30-75%. Solid-phase culturing is carried out under aerobic conditions at temperature 30-37 C for 12-48 h up to accumulation of 2-6 billion cells/g of wet culture. Then the grown culture is inactivated to obtain the end product. Invention provides preparing the universal edible biologically active semifinished product with prebiotic properties for different biological objects being both humans and animals. The prepared semifinished product promotes to the complex regulation of different functions in human and animal body also.
