SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biotechnology, namely, to strains of yeast of the genus Meyerozyma (Pichia), agents based thereon, and methods for production thereof. Proposed are a strain of yeast Meyerozyma (Pichia) guilliermondii RNCIM Y-4316, a strain of yeast Meyerozyma (Pichia) guilliermondii RNCIM Y-4304, and/or any functional substances produced from said strains, metabolites thereof used to produce pre-, pro-, and autoprobiotic agents and/or products, a therapeutic and preventive agent based thereon, and methods for production thereof. The above strains actively accumulate highly valuable biomass including protein and essential amino acids on solid-phase and liquid substrates in an amount of at least 109÷1010 CFU per unit substrate. The strains and agent based thereon and/or based on functional substances thereof exhibit detoxifying and antagonistic activity against staphylococci, the ability to stimulate the growth of probiotic microorganisms, including indigenous microorganisms, by almost two orders compared to the control, maintain an active physiological state thereof when passing through the gastrointestinal tract: the time until inactivation of the pro- and autoprobiotic cultures is increased from 30 minutes to 2 hours at pH 1.5, from 60÷90 minutes to 3 hours at pH 2.0, allowing for high colonisation potential in pro- and autoprobiotic medicinal products.
EFFECT: group of inventions can be used for producing food, pharmaceutical and feed compositions, in development of pre-, pro-, and autoprobiotics, as well as medicinal products exhibiting immunomodulatory, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory activity for humans and animals.
