FIELD: medicine, nephrology, pathological anatomy.
SUBSTANCE: one should measure area of skin lesion in sq. cm and renal volume in cu. Cm. If area of skin lesions exceeds 131 sq. cm and volume of both kidneys being above 371 cu. cm it is possible to predict renal rupture and development of paranephric hematomas.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction.
