SUBSTANCE: one should conduct tibial osteotomy along the line of incorrectly fused persyndesmotic fracture. Through the above-mentioned plane one should carry out mobilization and applying distal tibial fragment backwards together with posterior tibiofibular ligament without its either partial or complete dissection with a chisel. Along the line of incorrectly fused fracture of posterior tibial edge one should perform osteotomy, reposition and its osteosynthesis, then comes fibular osteosynthesis that keeps intertibiofibular ligaments.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation.
