Abstract RU 2231371 C1

FIELD: psychotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: one performs analysis of anamnesis and peculiar features of patient's personality, after which performs psychotherapy and suggestive action using conditioned reflex support techniques. When undergoing psychotherapy, patient chooses and formulates auto-suggestion formula from four words-qualities. Doctor performs first hetero-auto-training session using suggesting teaching form. In the first session, patient reaching relaxation state is proposed to articulate auto-suggestion formula and simultaneously to visualize him(her)self image of nonsmoking winner man. To achieve relaxation state, relaxing music is practiced, and, during articulation of auto-suggestion formula by patient, optimistic music is played. Further, during a period of time no longer than 3 days, after awakening and before sleep, patient accomplishes hetero-auto-training session. During this period, patient smokes in a customary manner and, on the fourth day, doctor performs hetero-auto-training session. Before sleep, patient fulfills last cigarette-smoking ritual. On following days, patient smokes any more cigarette and performs hetero-auto-training sessions. Beginning from the first hetero-auto-training session, patient uses two containers, one of which contains ampoule with 10.0 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution and the other 10 ml of 10% calcium chloride solution called "live water" and "dead water". During each of the above sessions, patient mentally percepting sending of each word-quality of the auto-suggestion formula simultaneously clenches "live water" container in his(her) fist and, when accent is shifted toward negative attitude to the smoking, patient clenches "dead water" container. At the end of each session, patient opens container with sodium chloride solution and dilutes the latter with 100 ml of drinking water and drinks dilute solution articulating autosuggestion formula. Contents of calcium chloride solution ampoule, after the last cigarette-smoking ritual, is poured out into vessel with tobacco smoke aqueous solution. At the end of the fifth or sixth non-smoking day, doctor performs final hetero-auto-training session using during this session, instead of "live water" container, a third container, called "word", including ampoule with 10 ml of 1% dioxidine solution. Afterwards, autosuggestion formula is replaced by pledging formula "I have given up smoking". After final session, patient accomplishes self-encoding ritual using for that 50 ml of tobacco smoke and calcium chloride aqueous solution, into which patient pours contents of dioxidine solution ampoule. Resulting solution is, more particularly, used to gargle patient's throat, after which patient articulates mentally pledge formula and simultaneously pours out the rest of tobacco smoke and calcium chloride aqueous solution.

EFFECT: increased treatment efficiency.
