FIELD: cellular constructions based on thermoplastics produced by transformation from laminated structures.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a laminate structure capable to be transformed into a cellular construction. The invention is dealt with transformation of a laminate structure into a cellular construction based on thermoplastics. The laminate structure is assembled from in succession laid one over another and fastened to each other by welding connections of the flat thermoplastic straps. The welding connections are made in the form of the zigzagging welding seams embracing from two sides pairs of rows of the weld made holes. The rows of holes are located perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the flat thermoplastic straps. The weld made holes are in places of the zigzagging weld seams bending and in plan they have a form of a rectangular with the rounded angles. The longitudinal axes of the weld made holes are located at an angle of 60-90 ° to the longitudinal axis of the flat thermoplastic straps. Edges of the flat thermoplastic straps on the ends of the zigzagging weld seams are fused without a weld penetration of holes by a wedge-shaped welding seam. The invention ensures an increase of strength of the layers connections, a decrease of labor input at items manufacture, a spreading of a range of items, in which thermoplastics are used.

EFFECT: increased strength of the layers connections, decreased labor input at items manufacture, expanded a range of items made with use of thermoplastics.
