FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the laminated structures transformed at stretching into the cellular constructions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of manufacture of cellular constructions on the basis of thermoplastics, in particular, to the field of manufacture by welding of the laminated structures made out of the plane thermoplastic bands capable at stretching to be converted into the cellular construction. The method includes a layer by layer stacking of the bands made out of the plane thermoplastic material, their fixation along the all length under pressure, welding of the upper and the lower bands and chilling. Then it is necessary to conduct the stacking on the package made from two first welded bands in turn of each subjected to laying on the package bands of the same length and to repeat the welding process. At that they exercise in turn motion of the package by a half of the pitch of the package weld seams in any side at welding of an odd band and a return in the initial position at the welding of the even band. At the stacking of the bands made out of the plane thermoplastic material first fix them on the one side edge, limit their shift in width, then stretch them in the longitudinal direction and fix in the stretched state on the bands other side edge. Welding by the weld penetration is exercised during 5-15 seconds with the simultaneous welding of the longitudinal edges without the weld penetration of the bands. Chilling of welding seams first conduct in the open air for 2-4 seconds without pressure, and then - under the same pressure, as the pressure used during welding - for 5-10 seconds with the help of the additionally stacked plate. The invention ensures improvement of the quality of bonding the thermoplastic layers, acceleration of the process of manufacture of a laminated structure and reduction of its prime cost.
