FIELD: shield driving,.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with shield driving of tunnels and may be used mainly at shield driving of tunnels of a small diameter. The method includes an earth excavation dredging, its transportation beyond limits of a tunnel, delivery of the shield on the working face and erection the tunnel lining by assembly of rings from separate blocks. Erection of the tunnel lining first is made with the help of sections of pipes, that are pressed through by a jack installation together with the shield. In proportion as the applied force of the pressing through increases the tunnel lining is exercised using a separate and a serial pipes driving and feeding the shield up to the extreme force of pressing through developed by the jack installation. Then the tunnel lining is erected by assembly of rings made of separate blocks. The purpose of the invention is to upgrade quality of the tunnel lining.
EFFECT: the invention allows to upgrade quality of the tunnel lining.
