FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to construction, namely, to construction of tunnels. Tunnel construction method includes: preparation for forcing, which includes creation of starting pit, width of which is not less than the width of the tunnel, successive forcing of long elements connected to each other by guide locks, and excavation of soil in the volume of the erected tunnel. Extended elements are made in the form of non-smooth segments. In preparation for forcing, controlled puncture of soil is made, guide puncture pipe is left in soil. First segment of first row is laid on device, by means of which segments are extruded, first segment is pushed on guide puncture pipe, first, after the first segment is squeezed, the next segment of the first longitudinal row is also pushed onto the puncture guide tube and forced through to the design depth, the nasal and pressurizing operation is repeated until all segments of the first longitudinal row are not extruded to the design depth, when the last segment of the first longitudinal row is pushed, the design tail part is left for orientation and alignment of the guide locks of the next row of segments, then the following longitudinal rows are started. Said indentation is performed successively in lengthwise direction. Tunnel casing construction is completed after the latter final segment lengthwise. Segments of the tunnel are made in the form of irregular profiles of trapezoidal cross-section. Segments are made in accordance with design shapes and sizes and can be made as frameless or concrete with the use of reinforcement frame, or from polymer concrete, or from fiber concrete. Segments of the first row are made with a through hole along the whole segment, which is made with possibility of puncture on the guide tube. Each first segment of any longitudinal row, except the first one, is made with a skew, which is a clamping wedge. Guide-locks are made in the form of longitudinal recesses and corresponding in form of longitudinal projections along the whole length of inclined sides of segment trapezoid. Projection is made with possibility of entering into recess. Guide-locks are made on one of inclined sides of trapezium in form of longitudinal recesses along entire length of segment, and on the opposite side – in the form of a longitudinal protrusion along the entire length of the segment, or are made on each inclined side of the trapezium in form of a longitudinal protrusion and longitudinal recess along the entire length of the segment, or are made on the upper part of the trapezoidal inclined side in the form of a protrusion or recess, or are made on the lower part of the trapezoidal inclined side in the form of a protrusion or embankment, or are made in the center of the trapezoidal inclined side in the form of a protrusion or recess.
EFFECT: reduced labor intensiveness of tunnel construction method, reduced time of construction, and also simplified design of tunnel.
