FIELD: technical physics, study of characteristics of gases and liquids, measurement of pressure, in particular.

SUBSTANCE: proposed optoelectronics pressure transducer has mobile membrane, radiation source modulated by A C generator, synchronous detector, first and second photodetectors. In path of ray there are installed telescopic optical system, beam splitter, trapezoidal prism which face is separated from mobile membrane by gap which thickness is chosen from condition where is length of radiation wav, m; is refractive index of trapezoidal prism; is angle of radiation incidence on face of prism, radian. Beam splitter directs luminous flux from radiation source on to first photodetector and trapezoidal prism, from prism luminous flux is directed on to second photodetector, outputs of photodetectors being connected to synchronous detector. Telescopic system forms optical beam with small angular divergence, form of trapezoidal prism ensures certain angle of radiation incidence on gap and return of it back on to beam splitter and mobile membrane forms jointly with prism Q-factor resonance multilayer optical structure.

EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of optoelectronics pressure transducer, potential for remote measurements.
