FIELD: determination of physical and chemical properties of gases by means of ionization.
SUBSTANCE: proposed detector includes flow-through ion-drift chamber combined with heater whose hollow cylindrical housing is simultaneously housing of flow-through ion-drift chamber which is mounted between two main flanges tightened up by studs or bolts; some of them are provided with circular alarm electrodes and electronic shutters in form of grids separated by tubular insulators. Alarm electrodes are located between main flanges in form of stepped cylinders. Steps of larger diameter and shutters in form of grids have additional flanges with holes through which studs or bolts securing the alarm electrodes and electrical shutters to main flanges are passed. One of main flanges is provided with circular groove receiving the end of cylindrical housing of heater; second main flange is built-up in construction.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of determination of content of toxic admixtures; reduced overall dimensions; facilitated procedure of assembly and disassembly of detector.
