SUBSTANCE: the method deals with detecting the level of reverse diffusion of hydrogen ions and predicting the risk in development of ulcerous disease at the value being above 0 mM for 15 min. Application of the suggested method enables to decrease patient's bed/d due to possibility to apply prophylactic treatment of ulcerous disease, decreased lethality, improved results of conservative and surgical treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcerous disease, decreased frequency of cases requiring surgical interference.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction.
