SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of developing H. pylori-negative gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in individuals of Russian nationality, natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation and not being related to each other. Peripheral venous blood is sampled and DNA is extracted. Molecular genetic analysis is performed of polymorphic loci rs2294008 PSCA, rs651007 ABO/RF00019, rs507666 ABO. When detecting a combination of polymorphic loci rs2294008 PSCA CC × rs651007 ABO/RF00019 CC × rs507666 ABO CC high risk of developing H. pylori-negative gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides obtaining new criteria for assessing the risk of developing Helicobacter pylori-negative gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in individuals of Russian nationality, natives of the Central Black Earth region of the Russian Federation and not being related to each other based on data on combination of polymorphic loci rs2294008 PSCA CC × rs651007 ABO/RF00019 CC × rs507666 ABO CC.
