SUBSTANCE: method includes measuring currents at start and end of controlled grid portion and all phase voltages relatively to ground at start and end of controlled grid portion. Also measured are linear voltages at end of controlled grid portion, and displacement angles between current vector for each phase and voltage vector for each phase relatively to ground at start and end of controlled grid portion. Values of active and capacity components of conductivity of isolation of each phase relatively to ground is determined from invented formulae.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
