FIELD: instrumentation engineering, automation means, control systems utilized in space technology.
SUBSTANCE: given mass spectrometer has target, ion source, ejection screen, detector of ions of gas part located around ion source, detector of ions of dust part located on axis of spectrometer on opposite side of target, electron mirror coming in the form of two coaxially placed rings of internal assembly and rings of external assembly, flat electrostatic reflector, diaphragm, focusing assembly and immersion lens. Internal assembly of rings and external assembly of rings are positioned between ejection screen and flat electrostatic reflector on working part of target. Focusing assembly is arranged in front of detector of ions of dust part and immersion lens is installed in front of focusing assembly. Detector of ions of dust part of mass spectrometer is placed between ion source and focusing assembly.
EFFECT: increased resolution and collection coefficient.
