FIELD: aviation industry, mechanical engineering, design of nose ceramic fairings for high-speed aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: permanent connective joint includes nonmetal member linked by compound with metal member. Metal member is made of alternating parts-stiff massive heat accumulators uniformly positioned over perimeter of joint over its largest length and temperature-compensating bridges elastic towards perimeter. Parts of metal member are made fast or made as single unit and cross-section of bridges presents Z profile. Solid ring members can be joined to face sections of metal member or can be built as one unit with it. Incompatible circular temperature expansions of parts caused by heating of members of permanent connective joint made of materials with different temperature coefficients of linear expansion are compensated by deformation of elastic bridges. Proposed invention makes it possible to use structure of permanent connective joint of nonmetal and metal members in wide temperature range of operation with high bearing capacity and gives possibility of selection of wider spectrum of materials while making metal member.
EFFECT: improved functional capabilities of permanent connective joint.
