FIELD: data transfer networks.
SUBSTANCE: method includes data burst transfer by one of network transceivers, reception of initial burst fragment by router and its storage in buffer memory, and transmission of stored fragment to network addressee by means of router. Next burst fragment is received and stored concurrently with transmission. Concurrent burst transmission and reception cycle is repeated up to last burst whereupon router transfers last stored fragment.
EFFECT: reduced transmit/receive cycle time, enhanced speed of data exchange.
