SUBSTANCE: wireless communication device is proposed, containing memory configured with the possibility to memorise information, identification mark related to the first network of communication, besides information of identification mark includes information, identifying location, for wireless communication device in the first network of communication and information, identifying location, for wireless communication device relative to one or several second communication networks; and processor configured with the possibility to determine whether wireless communication device is located neat at least one of one or several second communication networks, on the basis of information of identification mark stored in memory, and one or several reference signals received from at least one of one or several second communication networks.
