FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves massaging neck, face and shoulder girdle by stage-by-stage making massage movements of with hands. At the first stage, effleurage is applied to shoulder girdle area coming from thoracic zone to the neck. Then rotating movements are done with finger tips moving the skin in the area under ear lobules in parotid lymphatic nodes projection area. Face effleurage is applied at the second stage from chin to front and then allover the pilary part of head towards the fontanel. Symmetrical rotations are performed with fingertips of four fingers on both hands in subclavicular areas at the third stage. Shoulder girdle zone effleurage is applied to frontal chest and neck part with middle fingers on both hands pressing and stroking circular mouth muscle projection area in turn beginning from zone under lower lip at the fourth stage. Vibration treatment of cheek muscles is carried out with four fingers on both hands in the direction from mandible angle towards nose wings at the fifth stage. Zone above the upper lip is pressed with middle fingers on both hands and then making circular effleurage of lateral nose surfaces and pressing zone between brows at the sixth stage. Circular movements with middle fingers on both hands are done in the direction from mandible angle towards zone between brows and further to the middle part of superciliary zone and upwards towards hair growth boundary at the seventh stage. Alternating effleurage and pressure action is carried out at the eighth stage in the direction from the upper orbit edge towards the upper edge of zygomatic bone and maxilla and further along brow line. Vertical strokes of the superior face portion along facial median in the down top direction with middle fingers on both hands and then, nose and front are stroked with both hand palms in turn with pressure applied by the middle finger of the right hand finishing the movement in the greater fontanel projection pressing with both hand fingers at the ninth stage. Alternating effleurage with both hand palms is applied to shoulder girdle zone and pressing against the zone under the lower lip with both hand middle fingers, stroking alternating with pressure in the area from the middle of the chin along lateral nose surfaces and front median to the greater fontanel area where pressure is applied with both had fingers and the thumbs are fixed in the greater fontanel projection area and the hand palms are position on the temples at the tenth stage and then the hands are moved towards the superior zygomatic bone edges and cheekbone, cheek, chin areas are pressed in turn with both hand fingers finishing pressure movements under ear lobules at the eleventh stage. Circular strokes of both hand fingers are applied to the same points with slight effleurage with slight pressure at the twelfth stage and the fingers are moved to ear auricles in massaging their external edges from lobules to the superior edge. Alternating effleurage with both hand palms is applied to shoulder girdle zone and lateral neck surfaces are done the thirteenth stage in the direction from the sternum to the auricles. Then , fingers are placed under ear lobules and moved towards the occipital tubercles. Pressing movements are done with fingers moving downwards to the spatula center in paravertebral direction. Effleurage movements are applied at the fourteenth stage pressing with hand palms upwards along facial median line to the greater fontanel area. The palms are set on the chin and pressed with their whole surface on facial lateral surfaces in moving the palms from the chin towards hair growth line at the fifteenth stage. Alternating slight hand palms pressure is applied to front area at the sixteenth stage and then the hand palms are placed on the temples and massage them with soft circular strokes. Each massaging movement stage being over, reset movement is carried out by applying effleurage movements with back side of hands in the top down direction from the greater fontanel zone in the direction from the greater fontanel, along lateral surfaces of the head by carrying out effleurage movements in top down direction from the greater head fontanel along lateral surfaces of the head or suprabrachial surface and arms.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing cosmetic defects and correcting psychophysiological states.
