SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology, and can be used in cosmetic massage. For this purpose, at the first stage, massage gauntlets made of silk with silver sputtering are put on hands; patient is in vertical position. Then massage is started by pulse pressing movements of fingers with put massage gauntlets, at the same time required number of pulse movements makes 21 times. Pulmonary pressure starts from central part of sternum. At the second stage similar pulse pressing movements are performed in the clavicular region, with the right hand, the pulse pressing movements are performed in the clavicular region on the left, and with the left hand - in the right clavicular region. That is followed by pulse pressing between the clavicles under the jugular recess. At the third stage, the same pulse motions are performed in amount of 21 times in the deltoid muscle of the right shoulder, after which massage of the left shoulder deltoid muscle is performed. That is followed by similar movements on the right and left sides of the cervical-frontal muscles. At the sixth final stage hands are applied to eyes and spend in such position nearby 60 seconds.
