FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should conduct apparatus correction and physiotherapy, detect tonic tension of masseter muscles, prescribe preparation of valproic acid from 1/3 to 1 tbl during 3 wk, then - sodium oxybutyrate per 10 mg daily for 10-15 d, glycine per 0.1 mg thrice daily for 10-15 d, alpha-tocopherol acetate per 100 mg thrice daily for 10 d, taurine and phenylalanine per 1-2 cap thrice daily for 60 d, ascorbic acid intramuscularly per 0.5 mg in a day for 10 d, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamine intramuscularly per 1.0 ml in a day for 10 d, lecithin per 1 table spoon thrice daily for 1 mo.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
