DEVICE FOR GRAVITY CONCENTRATION Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: metal mining industry; production of rare and precious metals.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the fields of a gravity concentration of materials with use of stirring installations and may be used in branch of rare and precious metals production. The device for a gravity concentration includes a housing with a sloping bottom, a loading device, discharge openings for the light and heavy particles. A rabble with a working tool capable to mix in a horizontal plane is installed in the housing. The tool consist of a base and fixed on it upright oriented rods. The rods are installed with an equal positive allowance to the bottom. The loading device is made in the form of a cylindrical collector and a distributive cone. The base is made in he form of a plate. The rods are uniformly distributed on the whole area of the plate. The space between the rods is divisible to a maximum size of particles of a dressed material. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of dressing, simplification of the device design.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase efficiency of dressing, to simplify the device design.
