FIELD: quick-acting device of continuous action for printing on cylindrical containers.
SUBSTANCE: the device has a great number of subassemblies with mandrels installed on a rotating carriage at equal distances between the adjacent subassemblies. The subassemblies perform a reciprocating motion in a radial direction relative to the carriage axis, which serves as the center. Each subassembly has a supporting lever that carries a monorail located in the radial direction and passing through the guide bearing assembly on the carriage. For installation of the mandrel axle on the lever performing a reciprocating motion use is made of an eccentric assembly so that an individually operating facility for adjustment of the distance between the axis of rotation of the carriage and the axis of symmetry of the mandrel is formed. Vacuum and compressed air are selectively fed to each subassembly with a mandrel through a flexible hose having a single loop that is formed in the entirely whole length of the hose.
EFFECT: reduced scope of maintenance and reduced consumption of electric power.
