SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 2-phenyl-4-one of the formula (1):
wherein R1 means alkyl or -NR4R5 group wherein each among R4 and R5 represents independently of one another hydrogen atom or alkyl group; R2 means alkyl, (C3-C7)-cycloalkyl, naphthyl, tetrahydronaphthyl or indanyl or phenyl group that can be unsubstituted or substituted with one or some halogen atoms or groups alkyl or trifluoromethyl or alkoxy-group; R3 means group methyl, hydroxymethyl, alkoxymethyl, hydroxycarbonyl, nitrile, trifluoromethyl or difluoromethyl, or group CH2-R6 wherein R6 is alkyl group; X means a simple bond, oxygen atom or methylene group; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and to pharmaceutical composition based on thereof inhibiting activity of cyclooxygenase-2 and to method for treatment. Invention proposes new compounds eliciting valuable pharmacological effect.
