FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diarylmethylidenefuran derivatives of the formula (I) where rings A and B mean independently: phenyl, naphthyl, derivative of heterocycle with 5-6 links and with 1-4 heteroatoms, derivative of saturated hydrocarbon ring with 3-7 carbon atoms, at least one of substitutes X₁,X₂,Y₁ or Y₂ means obligatory: the group -S(O)_nR where n is a whole number 0, 1 or 2; R means a lower alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, group -SO₂NH₂ and it is in para-position; remains mean independently hydrogen atom, halogen atom, lower alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl group, lower O-alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; or X₁ and X₂ or Y₁ and Y₂ mean methylenedioxy-group; R₁,R₂,R₃ and R₄ mean independently hydrogen atom, halogen atom, lower alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, lower halogenalkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, aromatic radical taken among the group including phenyl, naphthyl, thienyl, furyl or pyridyl; or R₁,R₂ or R₃,R₄ mean oxygen atom. These compounds show anti-inflammatory and analgetic properties. The invention relates to also a method of synthesis and a pharmaceutical composition based on thereof.
