SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for culturing the broad spectrum of microorganisms and for preparing microbiological media for different special designation. Method involves mixing fish or piscine flour with water and fermented at 48-50 C using pancreas or pancreatin at indicated temperature for 3-6 h. The prepared enzyme lysate is purified firstly at pH 3.8-4.2 and then at pH 7.8-8.3, boiled at each of indicated pH value for 10-20 min, filtered, concentrated and dried. The proposed method reduces the process time and provides preparing nutrient bases of high quality. Dried form of preparations provides their standardization, convenience in using and storing.
