SUBSTANCE: invention represents proteins of meningococcus bacterium Neisseria meningitides (strains A and B) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Amino acid sequences of claimed proteins are represented in the description. Corresponding nucleotide sequences encoding the claimed proteins are represented also. Represented proteins are components of vaccines, immunogenic compositions as antigens and (or) can be used for diagnostic aims. Invention claims an antibody that binds with indicated protein. Invention provides enhancing the effectiveness of preparations used for diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of infections caused by Neisseria meningitides and Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
