FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, thermochemical processing of metals and alloys, may be used for increasing service life of high-temperature gas turbine parts subjected to sulfide-oxide corrosion.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing vacuum-plasma spraying of nickel-base alloy layer at temperature of 600-6500C, said alloy containing, wt%: chromium 13-15; aluminum 7-9; tantalum 4-6; yttrium 0.4-0.6; tungsten 3-4; silicon 0.5-0.8; hafnium 1.4-1.8; nickel the balance; providing chrome alitizing in argon medium at temperature of 1,070-1,1100C for 1-5 hours in powder mixture containing, wt%: chromium 39-45; aluminum 3.9-4.5; ammonium chloride 0.3-0.4; aluminum oxide the balance; providing thermal-vacuum processing by stabilizing vacuum annealing at temperature of 1,070-1,1000C for 3-6 hours.

EFFECT: increased sulfide-oxide corrosion resistance of alloys.
