FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to chemical-thermal treatment of metals and alloys and can be implemented for corrosion protection of parts of gas-turbine engines and gas-transporting aggregates of compressor stations. The procedure of application of protective coating on parts out of nickel alloys consists in applying layer of alloy on nickel base, in chromium alitising, in electron-beam sputtering of a ceramic layer and in annealing. Upon application of alloy layer on nickel base there is performed a high temperature treatment of parts by cold work hardening in a container within 30-35 minutes at amplitude of oscillations of the container with parts 1-2.5 mm and temperature 880-900°C. Chromium alitising is carried out in a powder mixture on base of aluminium oxide, and the layer of ZrO2-8Y2O3 is sputtered as a ceramic layer.
EFFECT: increased service life of parts made out of nickel alloys.
