SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes placing submersible platform in carrier unit and release of anchor followed by lowering the platform on sea bottom for placing the anchor in sea bottom under action of vertical submergence force, releasing the carrier unit from anchor holder and raising the platform after laying the anchor; anchor submergence units include one or several self-suction anchors secured to lower portion of framework; these anchors form differential hydrostatic pressure inside them for embedding the anchor in sea bottom and raising the platform by reversing this pressure at turn of anchor from vertical to horizontal position under action of tractive force on side of anchor line. According to second version, anchor with holder is secured detachably to hydrostatic plunger located in hermetically closed container whose lower portion is provided with sealing packer; submergence force is ensured by unsealing the packer and moving the plunger together with anchor holder.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of positioning the anchor at reduced length and mass of anchor lines.
