FIELD: production of hydrocarbons at sea. SUBSTANCE: production of hydrocarbons is effected by means of ship 10 which is moored up; ship 10 may be mounted in special craft, preferably in fore extremity; this craft is equipped with mooring gear 11 for mooring-up the ship; ship is equipped with rising pipe for transportation of product running from sea bottom; anchor gear 3 lies on sea bottom; ship is provided with at least one anchor chain (6,8) for connecting anchor gear 3 with mooring gear 11. Anchor gear 3 includes stationary anchor gear provided with swivel unit 5 for anchor chain (6,8) with float body 7 secured to its middle portion. Rising pipe is made in form of flexible hose 9 whose lower end is connected with swivel unit 5 having at least two hydrocarbon passages. EFFECT: reduced load on flexible hose in case of motion of moored-up ship. 15 cl, 10 dwg
