FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the concept of controlled oil and condensate localising, as well as other types of liquids and chemical reagents in structures at potential failure of common known barriers used for marine prospecting and production of oil and gas, which are intended for usage at offshore depths. The marine platform consists a load-bearing structure; deck superstructure mounted on top of the load-bearing structure from where drilling may be performed, at that the load-bearing structure comprises collecting tanks forming an integrated part of the load-bearing structure; basis for the platform intended for support at the sea bottom and several interconnected buoyant hulls mounted on top of each other supported by the platform basis and pressed to it under own weight. The buoyant hulls are also interconnected with the platform basis by means of vertically stretched wire ropes at even intervals along periphery of the platform. Multitude of anchoring wire ropes passing up and down from the upper part of the platform is fixed by anchors at the sea bottom at distance from the marine platform. The anchoring wire ropes are coupled to the marine platform through fixed pulleys and winches.
EFFECT: provided strength, stability of the marine platform capable to withstand impact on natural forces occurring at the installation site.
