SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with differential diagnostics of malignant pulmonary neoplasms, malignant gastric neoplasms, malignant neoplasms of hematopoietic system, malignant neoplasms of large intestine, malignant skin neoplasms, malignant neoplasms of male urogenital system, malignant neoplasms of female urogenital system, malignant mammary neoplasms, malignant pancreatic neoplasms and somatic nonmalignant diseases according to the data of infrared spectra of blood serum absorption. The method enables to detect localization within an organ or the whole system according to the results of analysis of one sample of venous blood serum and prescribe adequate therapy in due time and control patient's state in the course of therapy.
